Kevin has been in ministry for over twenty years and has served at Christian sports camps, in para-church ministries and as pastor to churches in Texas, Arkansas and Mississippi. He is married to Brooke, and they have four kids, Ellie, Nolan, Lena, and Henry. He desires to share Jesus and the truth from our Bible.

Worship Leader
Casey felt called to ministry in middle school and has led worship for 20 years. He and Whitney spent a year and a half as missionaries in Haiti. Casey is a classically trained musician with a heart for God-honoring multigenerational worship. He desires to bring freshness to Sunday morning worship and honor our musical history. Casey and Whitney have been married for thirteen years and have three kids: Casey Jr., Declan, and Evangeline.
Amanda Pais
kids' and Kids' weekday DIRECTOR
Amanda has been a member of Manchaca Baptist Church since 2016. She is a former teacher of 15 years. Amanda has worked with VBS and served in Manchaca Kid's ministry for many years. She also served in the women's ministry, the greeting team, and our tech team. Amanda is married to Jerry, and they have five kids: Deen, CJ, Benson, Brody, and Baker. Amanda loves to paint, listen to podcasts, and loves to travel!
Jacob Taylor
ASSOCIATE PASTOR & Student Pastor
Jacob Taylor has been working in Student Ministry for over five years. He feels called to serve high school and middle school students to help them see how much Jesus loves them. Jacob is married to Amanda Taylor, who grew up at Manchaca Baptist.
Grace Sonntag
Student Ministry INtern
Grace grew up at Manchaca Baptist and loved her time in student ministry. She is excited about this internship and learning more about the church. Most importantly, Grace looks forward to sharing Jesus with the high school and middle school students as they grow in their faith.
Laurel Lear
Chaplain
Laurel is about listening and being available. She has been a chaplain for over seven years and is excited to serve at MBC. A wife of 44 years, widowed, raised six kids and enjoys the fruit of many grandkids!
Lesa has been a member of Manchaca Baptist for over 30 years. Her passions are serving the Lord and her family. The greatest title she says she has ever held and will ever hold is that of Grandmother! The Lord has blessed her with a wonderful husband, 3 beautiful daughters and 5 fantastic grandchildren.
